Located in Alcúdia, Villa Farrutxet is situated in the Alcanada area, with easy access by car to Alcúdia's old town, nearby beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. An ideal location for enjoying northern Mallorca.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

This villa was just what we hoped for — peaceful, spacious and right near the sea. The outdoor space is lovely with plenty of loungers and a barbecue area where we enjoyed long dinners under the stars. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable and the layout worked well for our group of eight. We especially appreciated the short walk to the beach and the handy proximity to golf and restaurants

Villa Farrutxet exceeded our expectations. The views from the terrace are beautiful, and the private pool was a real highlight after days at the nearby beaches. The indoor spaces were roomy, with plenty of seating and areas for everyone to relax. The location in Alcanada felt quiet and scenic, but it’s only a short drive to Alcúdia’s shops and sights. A top choice for a Mallorca holiday!

We stayed at Villa Farrutxet with our extended family and it was absolutely perfect for us. The villa is spacious, bright and really well-equipped – from the big kitchen to the comfortable living areas. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with sea views and the kids spent hours in the pool. The location is peaceful but still close enough to Alcúdia and the beach, which made exploring the area super easy. Would definitely come back!

We have had a wonderful week in this villa with panoramic sea views that are really breathtaking! The villa has so much space and is well equipped for big families such as ours. Everything was just perfect, we have absolutely no complaints! Thank you and until the next time!
