Welcome to your brick-lined urban oasis in one of Cleveland’s most historic buildings—originally home to the Cleveland Trust Company and now thoughtfully re-developed into modern, designer lofts. This spacious two-bedroom, one-bath retreat blends the charm of exposed brick and skylights with the comfort and convenience of luxury updates throughout.
The layout is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers, offering true privacy with bedrooms located on opposite sides of the unit. The home comfortably sleeps four, and can accommodate up to six with notice—just be sure to include the accurate guest count at booking.

Enjoy heated bathroom floors, a spa-inspired shower, in-unit laundry, and a kitchen outfitted with everything you need—including a refrigerator that makes specialty cocktail ice cubes for the perfect drink at the end of the day.

Parking is simple and convenient with free street parking on West 48th and additional parking available along Lorain—just follow posted signage.

The apartment will only be set up for 4 guest. Max of 6 guest can stay. But we must know the amount of guest prior and your reservation must have the correct amount of people listed prior to your check in date. Also if you have more then 4 staying we will have a blow up mattress available for you but please tell us so we can have it there for you. Absolutely no smoking at all. There will be a $300 fine imposed immediately. Late check outs- we do not automatically allow late check outs but in some cases we might be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee of $50 and hour. Guest must request a late check out the day before there check out day. There will be a $150 fee applied to your reservation if the guest does not check out by 10 am.
