Vacation home Ourdreamhouse In Loutraki in Limni Vouliagmenis Perahora Loutrakiou offers 170 sqm of space for up to 6 guests. You have 3 bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds, plus 2 bathrooms. The first floor unit includes a living room with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped private kitchen with all cooking tools, appliances, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and complete dishware set. Private amenities include air conditioning throughout, television, high speed WiFi for video calls, washing machine, baby bed, covered terrace, balcony, uncovered terrace, fan, beach towels, and video on demand. You can enjoy sea view, lake view, and mountain view from the large terrace.
Dream House is located 16 km from Loutraki and 1.5 hours from Athens, just 250 m from the enchanting Heraion–Vouliagmeni Lake. Although called a lake, it is a protected sea lagoon with crystal-clear waters and unique beauty, recognized by UNESCO.
The beach and water sports are 250–300 m away, and a taverna is just 250 m from the property. Loutraki is 16 km away (about 20 minutes by car). Supermarket and pharmacy are 6 km away in Perachora. The airport is 135 km away.
Outdoors, you will find a 4,000 m² garden with trees and flowers, and shaded parking for 3 cars. The large 11x4 m pool with jacuzzi (not heated) is the main highlight. The beach is within walking distance.
