About this villa rental
Villa Aggeliki has.
▪ 4 comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each and two bedrooms with a single bed in each.
▪ A large bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine on the 1st floor and a WC on the ground floor.
The ground floor has air-conditioning and provides:
▪ comfortable living room where you can sit as a family with pay TV and PS3(with available games). Our two-seater sofa can become a bed and comfortably accommodate 2 more people
▪ kitchen fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave and large refrigerator. You will find everything you need to prepare any meal or drink you desire!
▪ large dining room capable of serving dinners for 6 people.
▪ In the surrounding area you will also find a comfortable private parking space
The outdoor area of the house will win you over and will give you unique opportunities for fun for you, your friends and your children!
▪ Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail on the large covered terrace overlooking the sea.
▪ Refresh yourself by taking a dip in the crystal clear pool and relax on the deckchairs enjoying the Greek sun!
▪ After your dip in the pool don't forget to use the complete outdoor shower!
▪ In our wonderful garden, our little friends will enjoy endless hours of fun playing basketball, football, table tennis, swings, see-saws and slides!

Villa Aggeliki is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just 1 km from the village of Agios Theodoros, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and the wonderful Pefkakia beach.
The location of the villa is ideal since you can combine a visit to Athens (55km away from us) to visit the world famous monument and museum of the Acropolis, take tour of the Athenian Riviera up until the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio and of course get to know the vibrant night life of Athens.
Other visits - day trips you can do are to romantic Nafplio (79 km), the enchanting site of Epidaurus (74 km) and Mycenae (57 km), the Isthmus of Corinth (10 km) and Ancient Corinth (14 km ) but also the characteristical, for their special beauty, islands of Salamina (43 km) and Aegina (access by boat via Piraeus).
The distance from Villa Aggeliki to Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is 95km via highway and suburban road.

Villa Aggeliki is quite simply a fantastic slice of paradise. Our family of four (two teens aged 18 and 16) stayed for two weeks in July 2025 and we absolutely loved it! The villa is owned by Aggeliki and Manolis who treated us like family. Kind and friendly, they gave us great travel tips to Athens and beyond. The house itself is clean, modern and spacious with two good sized double rooms (with TVs) and two smaller rooms each with a single bed. The kitchen is high spec with everything we needed. The huge telly and PlayStation were a hit with the kids, as was the table tennis and basketball. The pool is big and warm and surrounded with comfortable chairs and loungers. It has a well equipped BBQ and an outdoor shower as luxurious as the shower in the family bathroom.You need a car to reach the supermarkets, beach, and village of A. Theodoroi, but the village has a train station that takes you into the heart of Athens in less than an hour. When booking this place, we wondered why it only had one review. But while it might be new to Vrbo, the villa's guestbook had amazing reviews going to back to 2018. It's within easy reach of Corinth, Mycenae, Nafolio and more - and all in all is definitely highly recommended!! Book it before someone else does.

This is an excellent property for those seeking to see more of mainland Greece.
60 minutes by car or train to Athens, and a shorter 20 minute drive to historic Corinth, the villa/cottage benefits from a lovely raised position providing lovely views, great facilities and a peaceful situation.
Supermarkets, restaurants and all places you might want to go are a car journey, which suits us, but might not suit everyone.
Within 45 minutes in any direction there is lots to explore and some fabulous restaurants if you’re happy to drive to coastal spots in particular
The villa is well maintained inside and out. Lovely, tended gardens. Plenty of sun and shade spots. Table tennis, basket ball and pool games all available.
For the family or travellers happy to get about by car: this is a very good choice.
