Located in the historic/sought after Conservation Zone, the Grade II listed former fisherman’s cottage features original wood paneling, fireplaces, oak floorboards and beams and is deceptively larger than it looks from the front of the property. The house is only four houses away from the sea front and less than a minutes walk to the end of the street for the stunning views of beach and the english channel.
Guests will also enjoy the luxuries of modern living, including a dine in kitchen, sunny garden with night lighting, internet access throughout, three televisions, a DVD player (with a broad selection of DVD’s), free-standing bath, and a separate walk in shower shower room and toilet. Each floor has a bathroom and toilet.
The property offers two large double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a study which is a reading room. However it has a cot in it (which can be moved to any room) and a new high quality z bed if you would like to have an extra space for another child guest. All our three main bedrooms have luxury comfort John Lewis mattress to help you relax and rest.

Neighbourhood highlights
Deal is an amazing little town on the Kent coast. Full of character and friendly people. It was announced that Deal was awarded "High Street of the year in 2014" and number 1 seaside resort to move to in 2021 by the Sunday Times. The Market on a Saturday morning at the bottom of Farrier Street in the main car park has a great atmosphere selling food, antiques and unique items. The high street has many individual shops and some fantastic restaurants to visit.
Deal train station is well connected with central London with High Speed Javelin trains running every hour direct to St Pancras International and is a short walk to the Folly.
