By completing a booking, you acknowledge that cancellations may incur credit card processing fees, depending on the platform used.
Strict occupancy and noise rules apply, with potential fines of up to $2,500 per incident.
Valid IDs and security deposits (when required) will be requested after booking.
Credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted.
No pets are allowed.
Parking:
Two tandem parking spots (one vehicle behind the other) are available on-site, with additional free street parking nearby. Be sure to read posted signs for restrictions. The driveway entrance is narrow—extra-large SUVs, trucks, and vans may not fit. Please keep the number of vehicles associated with the home to a minimum in accordance with neighborhood guidelines.
