In a quiet, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 70 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'376 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 400 m2 flowers. Motor access to 10 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house.
