Step outside to your private screened-in lanai, where you’ll find a heated in-ground pool, a soothing hot tub. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, explore local beaches, or take advantage of the numerous nearby attractions, this home offers convenience, comfort, and plenty of room for everyone. With endless amenities and entertainment close by, it’s the perfect spot for your next Cape Coral vacation. *Please note: While the home does not have a washer or dryer, there is a convenient local laundromat just a few miles away if you need laundry services during your stay.
HOT TUB / SPA (Host-Controlled)
Hot tub/ Spa is available for an additional $108 per week) The Hot tub is host- scheduled and operates daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on a PRESET schedule. For equipment protection and consistent heating, temperature & ALL settings are controlled by the host.
*The outdoor grill is currently not available for guest use. We plan to replace it in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions and requests to the the spa on very quickly. The house itself was also very nice. Not having a washer and dryer with minimal towels was an issue. I think the listing is new so hopefully with time things like the bedding, and plastic dinnerware will be upgraded.

This home was a perfect landing spot for our week of Spring Training ball, exploring beaches, and dining out. The home is spacious, the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean, and the TV in the outdoor area was a great bonus!Kirsten is a perfect host-responsive and attentive. We will absolutely book this home again if we’re lucky enough to travel back to this area.

We enjoyed our week at this house. Nice neighborhood, clean and nice house. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. We loved that there is patio furniture to lounge on while the kids swam. If we came to Florida for a vacation again, we would book this house again.
