Aloha Cove is a large three bedroom and two full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Aloha Cove features unique airy décor; with an open floor plan, a sitting space, living room and dining room as well as a large center island for the family to gather. The home is fitting for an extended family with two rooms featuring king size beds and one room featuring two twin beds.
The Villa can fit up to six guests with this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and nook area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peace or playing some games on the three way game table.

This was the nicest house that we have ever rented. It was spotless when we arrived and everything was just as it was pictured. Was disappointed there werent any cookie sheets. But went and purchased and left them here for the next fuests.

The property was well managed. A small delay getting the access code so not perfect check in process. Very accommodating when we need to add additional 2 weeks as our house repairs continued.

We enjoyed our stay at Aloha Cove and look forward to renting properties with Vesteva again. Everything was so easy and automated, we really didn't have an opportunity or need to speak with anyone from the team.

We were very happy with our stay. The canal and pool were great to be beside. The pool was always warm and clean. The activity in the canal was relaxing to watch as dolphins and manatees would visit occasionally.
My only issue was the pests that were present in the kitchen area. The pest control was sent out and it helped, but there were still a few pesky bugs.
Thank You I was always happy with the response I had when I called or texted the property managers. Most of the issues were addressed and I have no reason to complain.
