Lovely, traditional property located in the quiet village of Sternes on the Akrotiri peninsula. Stone built Venetian house with ample outdoor area, plunge pool as of 2026, and garden (no Jacuzzi).
The ground floor includes a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dining table, and a living room. From the ground floor, both main entrance doors access the spacious courtyard with BBQ, plunge pool as of 2026, exterior lounge, and garden. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms (one of which with an additional mezzanine bed), and a bathroom with shower. One of the first-floor bedrooms also opens up to a large terrace with staircase leading to the courtyard.
The courtyard is beautifully equipped with an exterior lounge and 2 dining areas; one by the BBQ, the second nearer the garden. It also comes with a plunge pool, a hammock, a swing seat, and a porch swing bed for your comfort and enjoyment. Parking is both within the property and just outside.
Villa Tzivaeri is located in the heart of the village, just 120-300 meters to 3 local tavernas serving tasty Cretan food. The village also has 2 minimarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a Greek Gyros place, all within walking distance.
The beautiful beaches of Loutraki and Marathi with their crystal-clear waters are just a 5-minute drive away. Both of these shallow, sandy beaches are well-protected from the prevailing northerly winds during the summer months. Loutraki and Marathi also offer several very good tavernas.
