Located between the Surfside Beach pier and just north of the Garden City Pier, this 3rd-level unit is in an elevator building and features an open floor plan. Recent upgrades include new interior paint, granite countertops, updated stove/oven, dishwasher, and range hood, refreshed cabinetry, Sofa Bed with upgraded gel foam mattress, and LVP flooring. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic, or take advantage of the oceanfront pool and direct beach access. The building also offers coin/debit-operated laundry on the ground level and is located just blocks from the Garden City Pier, arcades, dining, shopping, and the iconic Sam’s Corner hot dogs.
**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. **
