Welcome to our new East Vail vacation rental! As a 35-year Vail resident and longtime home builder, I chose this home for its quality and comfort, the kind of place I’d be proud to live in. Guests enjoy an authentic Vail experience with a host who lives nearby, ready to share tips or assist anytime.
Escape to the golden age of skiing with a modern twist in this 4BR/4.5BA East Vail retreat. Tucked into a quiet single-family neighborhood, this 1980’s retro home offers the perfect blend of nostalgia and comfort. With two spacious living areas, all new bathrooms, and all the essentials of a modern mountain getaway, you’ll feel both at home and transported back in time. Step outside to breathtaking mountain views or relax in the hot tub for the ultimate après-ski/hike reward.

A garage access door code will be provided prior to arrival, with house keys conveniently located inside the front entry for easy access. The property owner is happy to meet you on site and walk you through the home upon arrival if requested.

Yes, everything was great. Greg was very welcoming. Very cosy, comfortable house, with all the necessary amenities available and beyond.
