About this house rental
With beautiful mountain views throughout, this spacious East Vail duplex is the perfect Colorado getaway. The property was completely updated in the Spring of 2022 including brand new appliances and furniture!
This 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, walk-in closet, dual vanity bathroom, jetted tub, and separate shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds (which are convertible to a king upon request).
Wood floors are heated throughout for those cold winter nights. The lower-level family room has plenty of games for the kids, a Smart TV and direct access to the outdoor private hot tub. This level also hosts two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two twin beds.
This home is ideally located right next to the town of Vail bus stop and just a few minutes away from Vail Village. Easy access to great bike trails including Vail Pass, hiking, tennis, pickleball, and golf. There is also an oversized 2 car garage that allows for ample room for you to store your skis, bikes, and gear.
East Vail Getaway is the perfect home to gather in a quiet environment with excellent access to all the Vail Valley has to offer. Long term stays welcome!

Lower Floor: Bedroom 1 with King bed shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds. There is a secondary living room and access to the hot tub on this floor.
Main Floor: Living, dining and kitchen
Upper Floor: Primary Bedroom 3 with 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5 with 2 twin beds.
Air Conditioning - Please see details
Please note that this home does not have central air conditioning, and the common living areas are not air-conditioned. The primary bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with individual A/C units. The two lower-level bedrooms are built into the mountainside, which helps them stay naturally cool, and therefore, they do not have A/C units.
Pet Policy
Well behaved, potty trained dogs with nicely clipped nails (to avoid floor damage) are accepted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Guests must disclose in advance they are bringing a dog. A $50 per pet per night non refundable pet fee applies. Maximum 2 dogs accepted/150 lb total.
Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
Check In Instructions:
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Other than one small oversight (trash was left in the bins in the garage), we had a wonderful, seamless stay. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the place was clean and upscale.

Our entire family was very pleased with the accommodations. We especially liked the layout of the home; how each bedroom had privacy and lots of space. Kitchen was very well stocked. I specifically liked all the glassware/barware. I would've given it five stars on condition except the hot tub needs a new operating panel because the Jets would not come on. A new panel has been ordered however, but not in time for us to use. Staff was very accommodating and answered very promptly on questions which I really appreciated. The automatic gas fireplace was a huge hit for our family on these cold winter nights; made it very cozy! Mattresses were comfortable. Linens were nice and soft. The whole house was extraordinarily clean, including the light fixtures! We will be back!!!

Staying in Vail was an enchanting experience. The majestic mountain views, charming alpine village, and plethora of outdoor activities make it a haven for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. The accommodations were cozy, and the hospitality was top-notch. Would definitely book with Vail Butler again!

A perfect location for a family trip to Vail! Located in East Vail. Beautiful surroundings, well maintained and clean property. Property managers are communicative and helpful! No extensive "check-out" list to exhaust you and ruin the end of your vacation! Just a few common sense requests! We'll be back!
