Set within the popular Altamar II complex, this bright two-storey apartment is perfect for families or friends who want to stay close to the Arenal and within easy walking distance of Jávea’s seafront. Fresh, modern and effortless, it’s perfectly placed for easy beachside living.



You’ll have integrated hot/cold air-conditioning, central heating, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and private parking, all within a gated community with lush gardens and inviting communal pools. With two terraces to follow the sun and full heating for cooler months, it’s a great pick for both summer escapes and cosy winter stays.



Downstairs the small but well-equipped kitchen leads to the first terrace overlooking the pool with an outdoor dining area — ideal for morning coffees or relaxed dinners outside. The lounge is bright and relaxed with a smart TV and leads to the second terrace facing the street, giving you sunshine from front to back throughout the day.



Upstairs, there’s a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a double bedroom with a super king bed (180 x 190 cm), and a twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) — perfect for kids or friends sharing.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
