About this apartment rental

The Hummingbird is an elegant two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Altamar III complex. Close to the Arenal beach and the neighbouring marina, it is the perfect holiday home for guests looking to be a short distance from the beach, restaurants, bars and cafés.



The Altamar III complex offers a beautiful swimming pool and garden area, with many tall palm trees and tropical plantations. The apartment rental includes an underground private parking space, which facilitates car entry and exit.



Inside the apartment, the bright living-dining room with an adjacent covered balcony offers dinners indoors or outdoors, and comfortable seating in front of the Smart TV. The bright bedrooms offer quality mattresses and built-in wardrobes, perfect for hiding the mess!



JH Loves: the elegant interiors, the comfortable beds and the central location of Jávea.



JH Advice: The Colibrí is located super close to Altamar Cielo and La Kalma, and these two are in the same complex. If you come with family, booking two or all of them can be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Well maintained apartments, pool and gardens. Well placed for access to Javea by car, with good parking and security.
