Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it is just minutes from Canyons Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and Historic Main Street, while also being close to shops, restaurants, and trails right outside your door. Whether visiting for world-class skiing in the winter or mountain biking, hiking, and festivals in the summer, this condo is a prime basecamp for year-round adventure.

The home offers a comfortable 1,250 square feet across two levels, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms; all designed to accommodate up to four guests.

Entering through the private one-car garage, you'll find a welcoming foyer with convenient access to the main living area upstairs and a guest suite on the lower level.
