This property overlooks the Swaner Nature Preserve and has the most stunning views. You are also on the Park City hiking/biking trail system and just a short walk to the bus stop for free transportation to all that Park City, Deer Valley and the Kimball Junction area has to offer.
Built in 2011, this lovely condo features 1,500 square feet within two levels of living space with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to seven guests in comfort. You will also have amazing views from both levels of this home.
You will enter the home from the garage and into the main living area, holding the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Living Room: This comfortable and cozy space offers a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and a private deck with stunning views and a hot tub.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. There are stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including kitchen bar seating for two.
Dining Area: With seating for up to six.

Master Bedroom (upper level) – King bed, TV/DVD and private deck overlooking Swaner Preserve. There is a full private bath with dual granite counter sinks and a tile shower.

Awesome location and great stay overall. A couple items to address: Pull out bed was nasty, Filled with cereal. Master bedroom sheets had hairs all over them.
