Its location allows you to easily enjoy the center of Chamonix while still benefiting from the tranquility of this neighborhood.
You’ll especially appreciate the superb view of Mont Blanc from the living room’s large floor-to-ceiling windows while sitting back in comfort.

> 1 dining area that cancomfortably seat 11 people
> A fully equipped kitchen open to the living area
> 1 guest restroom
> 1 double bedroom (queen-size bed, 160x200) with an en suite bathroom featuring a sink, a shower, and a bathtub.
> 1 fourth double bedroom (queen-size bed, 160x200) with an en suite bathroom (shower and sink)
> a mezzanine area open to the living room with a double bed and a single bed
> a spacious terrace
> 1 garage that can accommodate one car, as well as three parking spaces, are available.
Please note that the fireplace is not in working order.
