The apartment managers(Sylvia and Beshoy) were very kind and professional. They were answering any questions promptly and they really facilitated our stay there. The apartment is very clean, comfortable,well equipped and in an excellent location. There is a wonderful restaurant downstairs and also a supermarket. The place is safe and quiet.

The staff of compound ALDORA (at which the apartment is located) were so annoying all the time, they didn't even know how to talk politely to guests, they were very rude and unprofessional. If the kids are playing in the pool they come to complain from their voice and ask them not to play, although this is a kids pool and it should be used for their entertainment. The pools have no drainage beside them so any water splashed around can't be removed. No guards near the pools except the big one. I advise anyone who wants to book to avoid using the small pools and only use the big different levels pool, it is a little crowded but kids can play with more freedom there.
