Endroit bien situé. Air climatisé. Appartement propre et fonctionnel dans l'ensemble. Instructions très claires lors de l'arrivée.

Manque de rangement pour les courses et quelques ustensils si on veut un peu cuisiner: planche à découper, épluche légume...

L'appartement est récent, bien agencé, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Il se trouve à proximité d'une ligne de tram et de bus 🚎pour aller facilement en centre ville. Nous avons adoré prendre le petit déjeuner en bas dans le petit jardin à l'ombre le matin et déguster pain frais et viennoiseries 🥐de la boulangerie juste à côté 😋 La literie est très confortable, la clim fonctionne parfaitement. Les explications données pour l'arrivée sont très détaillées, le personnel qui gère la location est très réactif et compréhensif. . Une buanderie est à disposition en bas avec table à repasser, fer, machine à laver (payant) et sèche linge (payant).

Pas de savon dans la recharge de la douche. Un balai individuel dans chaque appartement serait préférable plutôt qu'un seul balai pour les 4 appartements dans la buanderie. Tâches sur le canapé.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent, and the walk to the city center was very pleasant and scenic. The private garage was a huge plus and made parking very easy. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of kitchen equipment available, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. Also there is a big supermarket down the street. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making it very easy to find the property and access the parking. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Grenoble. Thank you for having us!

The only minor downsides were that the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, and the hot water ran out after about 15 minutes of showering in the morning. It did not become hot again until later in the day.
