性价比很高，元旦期间在寸土寸金的首尔，地铁附近几百米的住宿，还是弘大区，能找到一晚六百多的住宿真是太幸运了。出行非常方便，周围设施也很齐全，重点是房间非常温馨，也很干净，虽然也不是很大，有两间卧室，一大一小，3个人住刚好，4个人的话就不建议了，会很挤，行李箱摆不开。朋友说下次来还想住这里。
房子是密码锁的，房东没有提前告知，临时在BOOKING上发信息找房东的话找不到，一定要提前询问好。另外一定提前安装好韩国本地的电话卡，学会拨打韩国的号码（一开始前面数字打错了所以一直拨不出去，问了很久二楼的阿姨，才知道我们打错了）。大概在门口折腾了快一个小时才进入到房间。房间里的装饰灯虽然好看，但是晚上一直闪，建议房东发一些入住指南，比如怎么开门，怎么烧水，怎么关灯这种。
