I had a very comfortable stay at 93 on New Estate. The apartment is conveniently located close to a shopping centre, making it easy to access shops and other amenities. The property is in a safe and secure gated location with 24/7 security and restricted access, which gives you peace of mind throughout your stay. There is also a good parking bay conveniently located close to the apartment. Overall, a secure, convenient and well-located place to stay. I would happily stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. A few small improvements could make the apartment even more comfortable: * A regular kitchen knife 🔪 would be useful in addition to the bread knife provided. * A sponge for washing dishes would be a helpful addition. * The bedding could be upgraded to a more hotel-standard quality, with a warmer blanket provided for colder nights. * The lighting could be brighter. One bulb was faulty, and although this was reported, the landlord was unfortunately unable to arrange a replacement during my stay. * Darker or thicker curtains by the balcony entrance would provide better privacy. * The door to the geyser compartment could benefit from some attention. * A soap holder in the shower would be a useful finishing touch. These are relatively minor improvements that would make an otherwise convenient and secure apartment even more comfortable.
