The gas was low so we couldn’t light the heater

Nuestro apartamento cumplió nuestras expectativas, la seguridad la tranquilidad lo moderno que es nuestro apartamento, las camas eran cómodas todo muy bien, si vuelvo a Sudáfrica me alojaria otra vez con este maravilloso anfitrión que siempre estaba pendiente! Un saludo a ellos🫶🏾❤️

La entrada y salida a la residencia necesitabas tener un código de seguridad para acceder y salir pero todo muy bien.

The host is accommodating and welcoming. You can call at 1am and they will pick up to assist. She has good communication skills and professional. Will definitely come back again.

Nothing I can think of

-Very clean -Bedding was fresh, clean, and smelled nice -Comfortable beds -Quite a few basic items for cooking including spices and sauces -Security staff at the gate were very kind and helpful -The host, Martha, was kind and ensured we were settled in

-Extremely uncomfortable worn-out couch that is sagged in -No dustbin -No cloths or kitchen towels -Only 1 glass cup (several wine glasses though) in the apartment -The complex has a cockroach problem -Slow and unstable internet. Good enough for one person, but not for two or more -Check in was a problem as the host was not ready for us despite confirming with her we'd arrive just before 9pm. We arrived at 8:45, and she apologized and said she wasn't expecting us so soon and that she'd leave home now to meet us. Of course, this wasn't a problem. She provided a pin for us to enter the complex and asked us to park and wait in the parking. 25 minutes later I phoned again to ask where she was and she said she was almost here and that there was a problem on the N1. 5 minutes later we decided to unload our bags and find the apartment ourselves only to find someone already inside, so we kept quiet and waited in the corridor as we thought we might have the wrong apartment. After another 5 minute wait, the host came from inside the apartment. She apologized for the wait and said that she had to stop at Spar before they closed. When we entered the floors were freshly mopped and it was clear she'd just finished cleaning. We would not have minded waiting if she had been honest and told us the apartment wasn't ready, especially since we had been wanting to stop at a garage for fuel and snacks but didn't since we didn't want to keep the host waiting after 9pm.
