People are concerned about the area but the gated fence helps tremendously. Like anywhere in the world, if you look for trouble you’ll find it. Our stay was superb. No issues with the surroundings and all our DoorDash/Uber eats orders were delivered with no problem.

Most everything in the home was great! It was very clean and everything is brand new. It was very spacious as well, I was there with two other girls and we loved that there were three bathrooms - so we all had our own space to get ready!
It seemed close to everything we wanted to do, nothing was more than 10-12 min away...river walk, Pullman mkt, lots of restaurants, shopping, etc.
Two things to note though - the neighborhood is sketch. The host definitely did all they could to secure the property with a gate and codes, but there's not much you can do about the neighborhood. The other item is the TRAIN. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. One person in our group had a hard time sleeping because the train rolls by several times a night. These things wouldn't keep me from staying here again, i would definitely come back! But I think they should be noted for light sleepers or families with little kids.

I loved the property super clean and super nice.The beds were so comfortable and the water was hot. Close to downtown. Be aware dogs bark and the train blows it horn loud and hard. Other than that it was good the neighborhood was sketchy but quite. There is a gate with code to keep you feeling safe. I would rent again, but with ear plugs if your trying to get good rest.

The condo was beautiful! We loved it, it was welcoming and had great accommodations. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious, and the kitchen and living room area was very spacious and well decorated. It was very comfortable for a family get away! Loved the condo itself.
