You're going to question your decision to book this as you drive through the neighborhood, until you pull up to a functionally gated lot with the cutest casitas! (Think townhome!) Each casita is separate from the neighboring one and the one we stayed in was very clean, very modern, and we have zero complaints about our stay. Clean towels and extra bedding were provided. Side note: there is a Nespresso machine and pods were also provided!
There are two bedrooms upstairs with a king and queen size bed, each witg its own full bathroom. Downstairs, the couch pulls out to a bed and there is a half-bath off the living room.
Washer & dryer are provided- we didn't use them so can't speak to their functionality.
We used the microwave, toaster, oven, and refrigerator all with zero issues.
Overall: very, very clean, nice amenities, great little house to stay in
Con: it's super close to the train tracks and that track is BUSY. There were at least 3-4 trains every night, horns blowing. They didn't wake us up, but falling asleep was a bit of a perfect timing issue.
We are super happy with our stay. It was a great price, great house, and the train was a minor inconvenience out of anyone's control.

We had an overall good stay at this property. The home itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a fenced yard that provided a safe space for our dogs to enjoy. While the location was in an area that felt less polished, we did feel safe throughout our stay. The convenience of the fenced yard and the home's interior more than made up for the external surroundings.

I was skeptical due to other reviews commenting on the surrounding neighborhood. Honestly ,the area was not bad. The home is newly built and obviously the neighborhood around it isn't. But I felt great/comfortable the entire time . The staff was great and came quickly when needed. I had an overall nice stay, the beds were a little on the firm side but I still loved the home entirely. Definitely recommend!!
