Bathroom was very clean and everything in the property worked. The room itself looked well-kept and the floor bed set up was still comfortable. The keypad lock on the room door looked new and there was also a swing bar lock on the door.
The air conditioner started leaking water on the morning of my third day, but the host had someone take care of it at the afternoon. The building itself looks worse for wear, there was a faint sewage smell near the sink.

The room was so nice and comfortable. I had everything I needed and had no issues. SO glad I had control over the AC, and the raised tatami and futon area was cute and useful.
Day two I noticed a weird smell coming from the sink.
