Brand New Designer Coastal Retreat

Lovely near‑new house in a great Papamoa location, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly — we stayed over Easter and they even left chocolates in the fridge for my children, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house gets plenty of sunlight and has a relaxing outdoor area with beanbags to chill on. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, and the coffee machine was perfect for making proper barista‑style coffee at home. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Fantastic Hosts place was clean easy access and comfortable

Spotless, Modern, 3 toilets, 2 Showers, nice out door area. Comfortable beds, Karen was warm and welcoming. Lovely and relaxing home, after a few days bowling. We would recommend this beautiful home to all. Karen also had additional tea, coffee, Milo and a litre of milk, sugar etc. The showers 🚿 had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Washing machine and powder. It was certainly home away from home. We stay at many locations and this would be the best accommodation ever.

Such a welcoming landlord makes me feel like old friends. Everything is perfect for our family stay and we feel like we are back home. You always know you will have a great rest after a long day travelling back here. My little girl didn't even get up at night during the stay. What a magic place! No need to say such a quick walk to the beach and shops. It is perfect for beach lovers and diggers.
