La comodad de subir y bajar al loft en acensor. Tener disponible baños auxiliares serca de la playa. Buena igiene en la piscina. Disponible manguera para limpieza de la sillas cuando salis de la playa. Barbacoa alado de la piscina. Seguridad perimetral con serca eléctrica y barreras de seguridad.
Mejorar el acceso a la playa.

La salida directa a la playa, la vista desde el tremendo ventanal del departamento, la comodidad del edificio, la cercanía al centro y la cordialidad del anfitrión. Y que había a disposición equipo para la playa.
Entra mucha luz al departamento, por más que se cierren las cortinas, pues tiene ventanal en frente y un lateral. A tener en cuenta para quienes necesitan oscuridad total para descansar, lleven antifaz.
