Da Localização, praticamente só atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Tem supermercado, padaria, tudo por perto. A proprietária muito solícita em indicar locais para compras e refeições.
De não ter tela de proteção nas janelas e sacada, um diferencial para quem tem crianças ou filhos com necessidades específicas. O banheiro estava bem limpo mas tinha um cheiro ruim.
