Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but a few issues prevented me from giving a higher rating. What I liked: +The staff were friendly, helpful, and reacted quickly when problems occurred. +The room was small but functional, and the bed was comfortable.

What could be improved: -During my two-night stay I experienced two technical issues. On the first day, the air conditioner leaked and flooded part of the room. The staff immediately moved me to another room, which I appreciated. - On the second morning, there was no running water, so I couldn't take a shower or use the toilet before checking out. I don't know how long the outage lasted, but it was inconvenient. -The hotel advertises a restaurant, but during my stay I never saw anyone eating there. There was no visible menu, and at first I thought it was just a rooftop terrace. Later I found out that meals can be prepared on request through the reception. -Payment by card was not available, so make sure you have enough cash. -Booking.com stated that the rooms have a Western-style toilet with toilet paper. The toilet was Western-style, but there was no toilet paper during my stay, as the hotel uses a water spray instead. This is worth knowing if you rely on the information provided on Booking.
