The large bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and clean and it was good to have two bathrooms the fridge was also clean and a nice size. Under parking was very good underneath the building

The smell of damp in the main living room was very strong, which they had tried to mask with two air fresheners in one room there was damp marks all along the walls obviously the reason for the smell. The television had limited channel of only 6 no cable or satellite coverage for film's or English and I could not link my phone to get smart view. The kitchen was totally unequipped nowhere near enough kitchen equipment for four people to stay, and we had to ask where the microwave was which wasn't in the kitchen on arrival, but was dropped off later. There was 4 glasses of three different styles one of which was cracked 2 desert bowls porcelain third bowl plastic, and there was no knives to use for eating with. The cleanliness of the kitchen was lacking the Hob was in the disgusted state, covered in grease so that when you switched it on smoke came from the rings. The inside of the cupboards were really no joke they were dirty and greasy clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was one double socket for use for the appliances but only one of the plugs worked so you constantly have to keep unplug in and plug in different appliances in to the one plug that worked. You had to wash the bath down because it was dirty and greasy before you could get a bath. The bathroom floor was also dirty, I found cockroaches both baby and adult around the bathroom sink the windows were dirty the towels put outside on the floor for you to step on the when you came out of the bathroom didn't look as though they had been washed in weeks. The shower and bathroom soaps were cheap standard not what was shown in their photo. The b-day in the bathroom consisted of a trigger water jet in one, while in the other one it was a bucket of water. The outside view was very low in expectation looking out onto a building site add multiple shops motorbikes and poly tunnels and you get an idea trees were only in the distance.
