Private and quiet place, even with the lovely commune dogs. Very relaxing and safe. Friendly neighbours who are also considerate. Lush vegetation from the private balcony.
For longer stay clients, it would help to have a washing machine and a microwave oven. The kitchen could be better equipped.

The TV was working with Astro, and both the fridge and the portable electric stove were in good working order.
The unit's photo showed a nice sunrise view, but since it was on the ground floor in Wing 18, trees and bushes blocked the view, so we didn’t get to see the sunrise as we had hoped. Also, on February 19th, we were woken up at 4 a.m. by stray dogs howling outside our unit, which was quite unpleasant. The unit itself feels a bit run-down and could use some renovation to keep it comfortable for future guests.
