Zaki was very helpful with any problem I had, he even reserved the room for me and told me to come back and pay whenever I was ready. The rest of the staff is also great. The room was clean, the AC was so cold I had to cycle between on and off. The shower has great water pressure as well. Overall great value for the money !

The location is great, the check-in, check-out was smooth, comfortable beds, clean. Working WiFi, fridge and hair dryer.
The door for the terrace for room 1009 didn't close properly. The bath overflows, the sink dropped some drops, the toilet didn't flush strong enough.

it’s close to most tourist area and bus-stop and metro, which make ti easier to go around the city
