The location was perfect. I love how clean and organised the hotel/room is. They also prepared supper for us. How thoughtful they are. The staff were also very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Pi Chen, Joey, Husen and many others were absolutely fantastic. The cleaners worked till late ensuring the rooms were spotless. The hotel was modern and very clean. Daily checks were carried out to ensure it was up to high level of hygiene and safety. Room amenities were changed and topped up daily. The hotel was very modern and pleasant atmosphere. The free laundry service was an excellent touch. The staff even did all my laundry for me, and dropped it at my room door for me. The location was ideal and central for canton fair. The hotel even had a Robotic delivery service that delivered your food to your room. The friendly staff even helped me order food and taxi whenever my app was troublesome. The security was brilliant as no one could enter the lifts without a valid room card. The front desk staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who feels they need a five star treatment for a reasonable price. "This was such a heartwarming and impressive stay! It was my first time at Atour, and they exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect—from the super comfy bed to the amazing toiletries. excellent hair dryer But the real highlight was the service. Ms. Wan Wan was an absolute star—she is so helpful .She helped me order staff , gave me local tips, You can tell she really cares about her guests. I felt I had to share this because 'thank you' isn't enough for the level of care Wan Wan provided. She is the main reason I’ll definitely be coming back here again. See you again soon Wan wan 😁
