Moderne Ausstattung. Einmalig die Küche mit Kochzone in der Mitte, modernsten Elektrogeräten und Ambientelicht. So viele Schubladen, dass man die Übersicht verliert. Side-by-Side-Kühlgefrierkombination. Großer Gasgrill auf der großen überdachten Trerasse. Wohnzimmer mit einer Couch-Liege-Zone. TV im Wohnzimmer und beiden Schlafzimmern. Ein Hauch von Luxus! Einmalig auch die große Rasenfläche vor dem Haus und der kurze Weg zur Strandpromenade.
Defektes Magazin bei der Nespressokapselmaschine wurde durch eine Ersatzmaschine mit Kaffeefilter gelöst. Eine nach dem ersten Grillen geleerte Gasflasche wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. 2 kleinere Defekte, um die sich die Vermieterin sofort gekümmert hat. Super!

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, riesiger Garten, nette Nachbarschaft, Parkplatz vor der Tür, tolle Kommunikation
Der Grill hätte eine Grundreinigung nötig, so leider nicht benutzbar, das Sofa und auch die Esszimmer Möbel haben schlimme Flecken. Der Geschirrspüler müsste auch mal gereinigt werden
