Appartement refait à neuf, très propre, bien situé et super bien équipé. Le lave linge a une fonction séchage très appréciable. Jolie décoration, parking privé devant l'appartement. Jeux et livres à disposition et en bon état pour les enfants de tous âges, chaise haute super confortable et en très bon etat.
Le très gros point noir est une insonorisation catastrophique avec l'appartement du dessus (on entend tout comme si les voisins étaient dans l'appartement avec nous) donc impossible de se reposer. Sinon le lit double grince au moindre mouvement.

L’appartement est à quelques pas du centre-ville et tout de même au calme. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et très bien agencé. Yousef est très sympathique et arrangeant.
