L'emplacement de l'appartement, l'agencement de l'appartement, les équipements relativement neufs
La communication compliquée avec le gestionnaire (conciergerie), les frais de ménage forfaitaires (100 euros) qui nous paraissent disproportionnés, les frais de linge de lit assez chers aussi.
