La struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro di Pristina, raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. Le dimensioni sono appena sufficienti per una persona, pulizia buona, rapporto qualità/prezzo discreto, possibilità di usufruire della cucina attrezzata. Self check in semplice seguendo le indicazioni dell'host. Presenza di smart TV.
Poco spazio per muoversi, il letto in realtà è un divano letto abbastanza scomodo, poco spazio per sistemare vestiti, molto difficile aprire la valigia in camera. Assenza di condizionatore (ma questo è già segnalato), sostituito da un ventilatore. In bagno totale assenza di carta igienica e bagnoschiuma. Presenza in un mobiletto di lenzuola sporche degli ospiti precedenti, e queste non dovrebbero essere in camera.
