The place is close to the centre and while the street looks a bit dark at night we didn't feel any discomfort as two women. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, place itself is really cool and cosy, cleanliness was at an impressive level, EVERYTHING you can think of was already provided so much so that you could live there for long. This place has set an example of what a 10 should look like when you're looking for a house-like accommodation.
We had to go 3 floors up the stairs because there isn't an elevator in the building but honestly it wasn't really an issue since our host insisted to carry everything.
