The size of the living room and bathroom are ample. Hot water and great water pressure. The verandah with view to the park is a bonus. Key safe by the door. Wifi. TV with some streaming. The restaurant downstairs, where everyone sits outside in the park that gives great food and friendly service. The hosts are well communicative via WhatsApp.
No elevator, 3 flights of stairs, so 23kg bags, you may struggle. All elements of the apartment need updating, including utensils, especially the pots and pans.
The photos make it look exceptional, which it could be.
Good reviews left by previous renters in many cases are misleading.

Clean and spacious. Towels and linens smelled fresh too. We visited during the winter season but the apartment was warm enough. We didn't have any problem with using hot water or the heater. Host was very generous and accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The place exceeded my expectations, the location was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful, the apartment was really comfortable and included all necessary equipment also the check in procedure was really easy.
