great downtown apartment

Spacious and modern, quiet, secure, good WiFi, good hot shower, nice patio. Host was good at communicating by message.

More of an FYI that access to unit is on the first floor, either up a flight of stairs or elevator, the unit is on the ground floor of the complex once you are inside it. Otherwise there were small things for improvement, nothing big: the hot water kettle tripped the electrical circuits so we could not use it, the kitchen drawer contents could use some organizing and cleaning, a bath mat would be great in the bathroom, the fitted sheet was a little too small for the mattress and wouldn’t stay on, the only bath towels were still drying from the wash when we arrived (maybe have a few more so some are ready to go for guests). All details that can be resolved easily!

Apartamento agradável e espaçoso dentro de um condomínio com piscina. Localização afastada do centro, mas bem localizado na mesma.

O apartamento via se que não tinha sido limpo, havia garrafas de água no apartamento e sinais de falta de limpeza notável!
