Nowe mieszkanie w bloku, czysto, ciepło, przyjemnie.
Brak obiecanego w opisie oferty pilota do szlabanu. Musieliśmy przenosić walizki i inne rzeczy (okres świąt) z parkingu zewnętrznego poza terenem osiedla znajdującego się ok 300m od klatki schodowej bydynku !!. Problem ze znalezieniem miejsca. Osoby 60+. Brak zrozumienia i totalne zlekceważenie klienta. Zarządca doskonale wiedział o braku pilota, nie wierzę że ekipa sprzątająca nie powiadomiła zarządcy o jego braku. W opisie zameldowania dokładnie jest opisane gdzie się znajduje. Bezczelna propozycja od osoby obsługującej tel kontaktowy "przecież jest parking zewnętrzny". Zapłaciliśmy za wynajem "apartamentu" z miejscem parkingowym a nie ogólnym parkingiem zewnętrznym. Propozycja zadośćuczynienia w postaci 10% rabatu na kolejny wynajem ze strony zarządcy to kpina. Niestety nie pierwszy raz spotykamy się z problemami z wynajmem tak zwanych apartamentów. W hotelu jak masz problem, to zgłaszasz i problem jest rozwiązany.
