First of all, massive thanks the hosts, for providing such an exceptional property.
Everything was top notch- location, size of the apartment, cleanliness, facilities, etc. Apartment itself is a very high standard, you get leaving area with a sofa and TV. There is also a kitchen with all utilities which you can possibly need for your stay, plus a kettle, coffee machine, oven, toaster, fridge, 2 plate stove. All utilities (mugs, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.) are x4, so it would suit a small family too. Right opposite the kitchenette, there is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Nice bedroom with a massive, comfy bed, and spare duvet and pillows can be found in a wardrobe. Speaking of wardrobe, ample of space with hangers and drawers, etc + an iron and ironing board is a massive bonus. Despite the weather being -15 Celsius during my stay, the apartment was nice and warm, so I could wear shorts and t-shirts all day long.
Before I arrived, I was bit worried about the noise, as the property is located near a busy road, plus bus/tram station, however that wasn't the case. Windows did their job, and I could barely hear anything.
In terms of location. Adjacent to the property, you will find a barber, dentist, a shop (Żabka), and a library. 2 mins walk will take you to the trams and buses, so it is base to explore Gdańsk and Tri-City in General. Also withing 5 mins walking distance you will find 2 petrol stations, McDonald's and plenty of other shops, including a florist.
So to summarize, I can't think of any better place, where for a very affordable price, you will get all of the stuff mentioned above, plus ideal location, extremely fast broadband, easy access to all the shops, buses and trams would take you pretty much everywhere, as well as few parks near by, if you just want to have a relaxing walk in the afternoon.
I could easily recommend LAVOO Smart Prestige to all types of travellers: singles, couples, families, professionals, explorers etc.
Honestly, there was nothing wrong I could think of. Even tiniest bits were taken care of, small touches here and there, perfect communication with the hosts/reception. Even if I wanted to, I can't find anything to fault. Pretty much excellent experience, and will definitely use again in the future.
