Apartment Diana by Interhome

The apartment was in the perfect location, just up from marina and 2 min walk to bars & restaurants along the beach. The pool was open and was very clean and nice gardens to relax in. The apartment was very comfortable, air con and 2 fans, and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. I would definitely stay here again.

The table and chairs on balcony were metal... which in the heat were not comfortable to sit out on. You have to collect the keys on arrival from the Interhome office which is a 10-15 min walk along the main road or a short bus journey. Not a major issue as I knew where the office was but was not informed of this until the day before check in.

Nie podobało mi się to, że odbiór kluczy był 1.4 km od apartamentu. Podczas robienia rezerwacji nie było o tym mowy. Informacja ta znalazła się dopiero w dokumentach podróży. Dodatkowo mieliśmy problem aby w nocy dostać się do apartamentu (pomyliliśmy budynki) i mimo, że jest onformacja o tym, że infolinia jest czynna 24/7 nie było kontaktu. Podobnie było jeśli chodzi o kontakt przed wyjazdem. Mimo wielokrotnych próśb o kontakt (odbiór kluczy miał być poza godzinami pracy biura) nikt nie odpowiadał na moje pytania. Dopieto dzień przed wylotem potwierdzono, że mogę odebrać klucze w nocy. Mimo, iż rezerwacja była zrobioona na 4 osoby pościel była przygotowana tylko dla 2 osób.
