The location was 5 minutes from the Central train station, which was great for us as travelling to Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii and Rome. The bathroom was amazing. The room was big with all the facilities we needed. Housekeeping daily and bottled water replenished in the fridge, breakfast cards for the cafe around the corner for coffee and a croissant with delicious options. The bed was so comfortable and the whole room was clean.
The ease of gaining access was communicated so well that we had no issues. The security and layout of the rooms was great.
Communication continued to see if we needed anything.
The area needs the attention from the government to clean the streets. A lot of rubbish just dumped in the streets. However, I didn't feel unsafe just a shame for the overall impression of the area.
