Los propietarios se esfuerzan en que la estancia sea lo más agradable para el inquilino, dejando pasteles, fruta, galletas, agua y cápsulas de café como detalle de bienvenida. Además el apartamento cuenta con freidora de aire y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Oporto. Tiene un supermercado al lado y está cerca del metro. Y el precio fue económico.
Hay muchísimos ruidos de los locales de al lado y cuesta dormirse por el ruido. Tiene demasiadas cosas de decoración y me agobié un poco con tanto trasto. El baño hace mucho ruido y si te levantas por la noche despiertas al resto. La cama de arriba tiene unas escaleras de subida no aptas para cualquier persona, son muy empinadas, tipo litera.

Está al lado del Lidl y es silencioso, tiene el tranvía muy cerca y parquing Telpark a 3 min a andando
Muy húmedo, tenía muchísima humedad y el baño es enano
