調理器具や菜箸などがもう少し充実してたら、なお良かったと思います。

位置超方便。隔壁就有雪具租赁点和温泉馆。距离斑尾7号停车场30米以内的距离。走路3分钟，然后可以直接滑到雪场餐厅。房子温馨，空间很大。两个房间+餐厅+loft客厅。设施也很齐全。特别喜欢装备干燥间，滑了一天雪的雪服都可以挂在这里烘干。房东老板富泽先生也非常热情，为我们的入住提供很多帮助。

非常完美。如果餐厅的灯光可以再亮一些那就更方便啦！

A lovely spacious villa perfect for our family. Close to the ski slopes. A drying room/sauna for our ski gear was great. There was a ski rental shop right next door which was very convenient. The owner was very friendly and helpful and quick to reply with any questions.

One bedroom has western style beds set up, and the second was not set up for sleeping despite being rentable for four people. There was plenty of mattresses, a fold-out bed and bedding, so we made it work and was very comfy and fun for the family. I would suggest asking the owner the best way to set up the futon beds for maximum comfort.

Tomizawa san the owner has been very kind and very helpful. He drove us back and forth from the Kogen hotel to get on the bus to the station, always super on time and also helped driving me to a store I had to reach with lots of support. He helped made some restaurants bookings and accommodated arrangement for late departure. The small chalet is all new, nicely designed with a great mountain charm, well equipped, all working perfectly. We really enjoyed it and felt somewhere special. A great gateway from Tokyo. It is a short 5mn walks to the slopes.

Very early morning the neighbor hotel shoveled the snow with a noisy equipment which woke us up. Full black out curtains would be great
