Alesund apartment fantastic view

It is a fantastic apartment (for the most part). Lovely view of the city (even at night). Parking right outside. Spacious, big windows for nice views. Tv with streaming channels. Good shower with triple sliding door design. water did not leak. Dishwasher and washer. Just the basic supplies provided (salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, shower gel). Nice outdoor seating though weather wasn’t appropriate for us to use. Stove was tricky to turn on. Finally found remote control type gadget in front of stove with a button to press to turn on the stove. Instructions near the stove would have been helpful.

Would appreciate quicker responses from Owners to reduce anxiety for guests. Far from the city. Bus stop nearby. Car is essential (7km to city). Found it very difficult to warm up food in large saucepans without microwave. Could have used more hangars. Bedroom is small. Bathroom is tiny- hard to turn around there. Had to get dressed in the hallway. A proper bath mat would be helpful. Had to use washer surface as bathroom countertop. Some basic supplies like olive oil, laundry detergent could be provided (dishwasher detergent was provided).

This is an immaculately clean and new apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Bed was great, pillows were good. Shower was excellent. Parking was right outside the door. A short drive to the middle of Alesund. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils for cooking.

There is no microwave. We did have a small problem with the stove turning off but messaged the owners who took care of it.
