This is such a charming property, perfectly located for reaching central Cannes within a 15 min walk, but in a calm. Secluded spot that gets you away from the Croisette chaos! The property is very clean and well kept, with good amenities (breakfast, a bar, a little library even). The staff are simply lovely. Dare I say not what you might expect from French hospitality. Charles the receptionist and the owner (didn't get his name) will go out of their way to help you. Bonus points for the resident cat and shih tzu! We stayed during the famously extortionate Cannes Lions festival and Hotel Windsor was very fairly priced for the season. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!
Nothing bad to say really. The only thing that might have been nice is a little mini fridge in the room and if the complimentary water could be replaced each day, but you could get one from the reception if needed so not really an issue.
