Was extremely grateful pet friendly property. Very clean and nicely appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. Sweet patio for sitting.

We were grateful for pet friendly apartment.Understandably we paid $20 per dog fee (we have two small older dogs) but I failed to notice a $500 deposit was needed before we were able to check in or we could not check in . Apparently it’s in the fine print. We kept the place tip top clean and the dogs were perfect. We checked out at 9am as planned on check out day . I was told a walk through after check out was needed to return the large $500 deposit. By 10:30pm night time I had to contact the leasing company who handled the booking. They have been extremely courteous along the way so I was grateful. But I was concerned about the deposit being returned being we left the place spotless, but when we checked in there was a dog urine stain on carpet. That didn’t bother me , but I was worried they would have blamed us. I immediately took a photo when I checked in . Long story short my $500 deposit was returned by 11:00 pm that evening. I was concerned they were not being transparent on when a walk through would happen so I felt important to stay on top of it all. They had not heard all day from their walk through team , so it was a bit arbitrary. I was concerned new people would check in and they would forget about the walk through that was needed to get the deposit released. The wording was a bit vague. Alls well that ends well. We are respectful guests abiding by house rule if no loud talking, or loud video after 9pm . The tenants upstairs could be heard after 9pm . It’s no problem walking around upstairs because people need to go about their evening comfortably in their homes, but the level of noise conversation was very audible in the unit where we stayed . Very quiet all day but in late evening when the tenants arrive home it can get noisy. Not a party or anything but noisy with voices.

Comfortable and safe surroundings. Bedding very comfortable. Very clean.

Upstairs resident’s noise disrupted our sleep at a late hour.
